Root Chakra

The root chakra creates a foundation for the other six chakras, we well as producing a grounding base for our overall health and well-being.

A balanced root chakra helps us to feel level, secure and safe. The root chakra blend combines four different grounding and warming essential oils to support wellness.

Cedarwood – Supports calming and peaceful thoughts. Cedarwood essential oil is powerful yet subtle, with a soft woody scent. It is protective and grounding, helping us to feel assured and centred in our wellness, inviting awareness.

Myrrh – With ancient ties to spirituality, myrhh helps us to recognise and acknowledge our emotions as they arise. This allows us to fully connect with our emotions and work through them in order to turn negative into positive. It is also thought to have protective powers against negative energy, allowing us to ground in our own personal space. 

Patchouli – Draws the energy down into the body and anchors it at the root. Its grounding effects help to ease anxiety and lift low moods, calming the mind and the body. 

Ylang Ylang – Rich, floral and delicate, ylang ylang is known for soothing stress and boosting confidence. It is known to promote emotional healing and help you access inner joy.
